THP Medical ships all orders through FedEx, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What shipping methods does THP Medical offer?

THP Medical offers free 2-to-3 day shipping on orders $100+. All orders under $100 will pay a flat rate of $10 for 2 to 3 Day Shipping. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $100 - this does not include taxes or discounts.

Is THP Medical able to ship to all 50 states?

THP Medical can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, we can ship your order via FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

Can THP Medical ship outside of the United States?

THP Medical can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $100 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100.

Can THP Medical ship to military bases?

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at (414) 988-4392 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can THP Medical ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my THP Medical order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 1-800-973-3984 to start a FedEx trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from THP Medical within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

THP Medical offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right – simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of THP Medical.

How much time will I have to make a return claim?
