The sleep formula has been great for nights were I'm having difficulties feeling tired or a racing mind. It gets me to sleep quick and I wake up refreshed. I take 1-1/2 tinctures.

We had a VRBO for the family and not enough beds. This put me out, even though I was sleeping on the floor! Great product. No hangover like some of the other sleep aids. I also take the 3600mg daily. Just use this when I need extra help with sleep.
